Our Installation Process
We offer a comprehensive installation process here at Home Counties Paving and Surfacing, which all starts with an initial consultation and survey.
We visit your property to survey the area, take accurate measurements, and discuss your requirements and ideas in further detail.
From this initial consultation, we can then create a bespoke design for your tarmac driveway. While the main surface will be the customary black tarmac, we can further enhance it with decorative edging if you wish. The final design will be determined by you, and we will provide you with a free quote for the project. There is no obligation to commit at this stage, but you will find out prices to be highly competitive.
Upon acceptance of our quote, we will set a convenient date to arrive and begin the installation of your tarmac driveway. The time our installation takes depends on the size of your driveway, but a standard driveway installation will take 1 – 2 days, with the tarmac requiring a further 5 – 8 hours to be fully set. However, we always work quickly and efficiently in order to minimise disruption and fully inspect your tarmac driveway upon completion, ensuring it meets our high standards.
